SHIPPING
We ship via UPS Express, UPS Ground, FedEx and USPS

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you may return your order provided we receive
written notice of your return and you return the goods in reasonable condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please securely package and return the relevant item(s) to the address given above. We recommend the package is
returned by registered mail or express mail to ensure it can be traced. You are required to pay for the postage if you
wish to return the goods, any charges incurred for returning items (including international taxes and duty) will not be
paid by Issenberg Design.
As soon as we received notice of your cancellation and the goods have arrived back with us in what we consider
to be a re-saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the goods. There is no refund for any delivery charges or
charges made for the service of gift-wrapping your goods. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt
of the notice of cancellation.

PRIVACY
Issenberg Design is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our Web site. Issenberg Design does not
collect personal information about individuals, such as names and mailing or e-mail addresses, unless the individual
visiting the Issenberg Design Web site knowingly provides it. By using the Issenberg Design Web Site, you agree to
